Background Color/Image Changer

Okay i was wondering if someone could create me a rough background image changer and header color changer, just like this one.

Its more java.
And its hard to work with it due to them having there header as flash. i viewed there javascript file for the site, but i didn't really look into it. I did see there imgarray's for the background images that it changes it to.
Also they have sorda the same thing at
http://msn.com
So if someone could maybe create a quick, simple one for me like at loudfusion.com, that would be awesome.
I also want it to save it in cookies, so when u go to other pages the color stays the same. And it is the same style when u come back to the site.
