N-13 News 2.0

N-13 News v2.0 is a complete and powerful news managment system which gives you complete control over how your news is managed and displayed. Some of the features are as followed.
Easy installation
- N-13 News comes with an installation script which will make installing the script onto your host simple
Multiple user accounts
- Admin account which has total control over the entire news system
- Moderator account which can post news and edit their own posts, they also have limited access to some of the system settings
User comments
- Users can post comments to news posts that have been made
Smilies
- Smilies have been added to allow users to easily add them when posting news and also allow guests to use smilies when posting comments
Categories
- Limitless categories can be created to allow you to organize your news posts, you can separately view all posts within a certain category or all at once, read the readme.htm file for more information
Profiles
- Each account that gets created comes with its own profile which the user can edit and upload images
System configuration
- System configuration section allows you to have complete control over how the entire system works, for example which time and date format the news displays, the amount of news/comments to show per page
Themes
- Multiple themes can be created which determine how your news and comments are displayed
- Users can select which theme they would like to see, setting must be enabled via system config
Word filters
- Word filters allow you to filter words from user comments
IP banning
- You can easily ban IP addresses from posting comments

Nice news sytem. I've tried;
* CuteNews
* CuteNewsRU
* FusionNews
And I love CUTNEWS and I use it currently on two of my site.
I also tried this N-13 news and love it a lot but its lacking some stuff that has me sticking with CuteNews.
* More Usergroups
* Short/Full Story News Items
* Skins
Thats all really. But all in all its a good system and I like it a lot. I think the sql install should be better, like CuteNewsRU. Instead of editing a file like you have it now, add the info to the install script... like CuteNewsRU.
