cache limiter?

I don't know what I've done (again, I am with needing help).

When I go to url/news/admin.php a warning comes up;

No, I opened some but didn't actually edit them at all.

Try re-uploading admin.php to see if that fixes it.

I really have no idea how that has happend, best advice would be to try uploading all the files again, except db.php, install.php & update.php
