This is not exactly an error but just the presentation part of it.

At the page where we edit an article the title text and button text both show "Add" instead of "Edit" or "Save". Screen is attached for you to have a look so that you can understand what I am trying to say.

I remember seeing this one myself and thinking I need to change that. It seems I forgot about it.
