Go here, and download a new copy of modules/modsystem.mod, replace your own copy with this new file then you should be able to see the new notification section within the system area.

1) Get email notifications of new comments: YES/NO
2) Get email notifications of new registrations: YES/NO

IE7 cannot see the YES, only have NO from the dropdown menu.

Firefox 3 is ok.

NOTE: I not sure is my own problem or not. If is my problem, please ignore my message. Thanks for support.

Well spotted. I've posted a fix on that same link, re-download the modules/modsystem.mod file again and it should correct the problem.

I downloaded the latest version of N13 news and strangely I have this same problem in which only "no" is the option in the three notification options.

Version 3.4 was released after the mod and so I am suprised that I am seeing this problem. I am using latest IE. Any ideas Chris ?

Download this file, extract and replace your own copy of modules/modsystem.php with this new version.
