Hi there,
Hope you can help.

Id like to use your news system (which looks fantastic by the way) on my internal intranet and i need to know what the system requirements are for running it and what kind of database i need to run it.

I have a web server setup with SQL6, will this be ok or does it need to have PHP also?

Thanks for your help

The system is written in PHP and uses MySQL for the backend database so it will need both to work.

Preferably PHP5+, MySQL5+ and Apache 2.2 but it will also work on IIS aswell.

Glad you got it working. Now that 3.4 has been released I'll have some time to work on porting the system to SQL Server.
