first: Great work...

and now the problem... since updating to 3.4 theres no chance of selecting categories... all i got is
"Warning: stripslashes() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /users/xxxxxx/www/news/admin.php on line 29"
and if i want to delete a category i got the same problem... btw. creating a category works fine...

maybe you could help me... please...

Extract and replace your own copy of index.php & admin.php and you now should be able to add news to categories as normal.

but... one last question... did i made a mistake at upgrading to 3.4...?
just to avoid mistakes on further upgrades...

No mistakes on your part it was entirely my fault. I made an edit to the upgrade script without fully testing it as much as I should have. I quickly fixed the problem but you downloaded the script in between when I made the edit and fixed the problem.
