Placing reg form beneath the article

Im trying to get the regform beneath the article and expected following to work.
Have I got the syntax wrong ?

/news/fullstory.php?id=5&goto=register

actually, by making clearly defined titles and subjects I am helping you build a good and retrievable database of help subjects.

So that users can search and easily find the answer to issues.

I had already tried /news/fullstory.php?goto=register
but the article does not appear. just the reg form.
