Switching servers simply to disable a php setting seems a bit excessive. I would definitely try find out why your host said they can't disable register_globals on IIS as I don't know of any reason that would stop them from doing so.

They can't answer on that question!!! Man, is there any other way to make atleast comments to be working?
Ok, im on Unix/Apache! Did register_globals off, now script seems to be working well, but when i press submit comment - it says invalid security key! But i even cant see a Security image! What's wrong?
And by the way how to configure Friendly URL function?
File extension: .html by default (If i have a php site, should a rename it to .php?)
Prefix: /news/ by default (if i not mistaken, its a path to N13 news script folder on my site?)
Directory filename: index.html by default (should i rename to index.php?)
