I'm just wondering if you can put a reply system.

For example:

John writes:
I need help

Then the administrator or any user, can can click reply and post underneath him, in a quotebox sorta thing.

Threaded comments have been mentioned before, the problem with implmenting it it is would add a new level of difficulty with managing the templates, a new way to format how the reply comments get shown would need to be added into the templates.
