I have installed few months ago the 13-News script at this website:
http://www.galleriadartebrunetti.com/news/show_news_it.php (for news in italian)
http://www.galleriadartebrunetti.com/news/show_news_intl.php (for news in english)
In the last few days the page that show the international news is giving out
an error message:
"You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ') AND ( author = '6379' )' at line 1"
I'm thinking the problem is related to a possibile upgrade of the SQL version done by the hosting provider in the server environment? I have checked the cpanel and I have found this is the current version of MySQL installed on the server:
MySQL version 5.0.90-community-log
cPanel Build 44637
Apache version 2.2.14
PHP version 5.2.12
cPanel Pro 1.0 (RC1)
Maybe the wrong syntax is inside the index.php file cause the two links above are used as templates including the index.php file loading two different categories, one for the english news, and the other for the italian news.
Please, could you help me?
PS: 'cause the strange thing is that as you could see the italian page could show the news correctly, while the english page doesn't... they have the same code used!! And I have done any change during the time to the code by myself.
