Even when I copy and paste the pieces of template from the original template into my new template, the message that the commenter posted doesn't show up. Everything else with the commenting system works fine, though.

How do I get the comment itself to show up?
In the Comments I include this: {message}
In the Comments Form, I include this: Between the textarea tags for the comment, {message}

In the Comments Structure section, be sure you've added the {comments} tag wherever you want all the comments to be displayed.

Is it just the message for each comment that isn't being displayed or is the name of the commenter/date it was posted not being displayed as well?

The name of the commenter and the date are showing up.

Can you link me to your site so I can see what the problem is? would be easier also if you created me an account within the system so I can check the template too.

The link is here (the site's not finished).

When creating an account for you to get into, what do I put for the e-mail address...?

HA! figured it out.

Options > System: Maximum length of comments:

You had this set to 0 which meant it cut each comment to 0 length, I just changed it to 1000 and it works fine now. :happy:
