I've just confirmed that it is indeed facebook that has cached the links from earlier before you setup the title/description meta tags properly. You can test it doing this
Add this link to facebook
http://www.pawpal.ca/pawpaltimes.php?id=1
It'll grab the old title and won't have a description, but if you add some junk to the URL to make facebook think it's a different page
http://www.pawpal.ca/pawpaltimes.php?id=1&x=xxxxx
It'll grab the correct title + description.
Basically all you can do is wait a while and try submit the 2 pages you currently have and hope it gets the titles/descriptions eventually.
Any new articles you create will work straight away as soon as you paste the link the first time.
