Is it possible to add or change the Title of an uploaded file after it has been uploaded?

It would appear the only opportunity to do this is at the time of upload. Is this true?

When viewing uploaded files, it has 2 columns, the first is the title, the second is the filename, clicking on the title allows you to edit the title and reset the download count, clicking on the filename downloads the file.

Ah, I see it now.

You actually have to click on the "-" that gets inserted for the Title when none is entered to open up the name window. In my drunken state, my mouse never hit that exact spot.
