I am trying to do 2 things
1) I would like to have alternating colors for my news briefs. so one a light greyish color row 2 white. Can anyone explain to me how to accomplish this.

2) Also I would like to have the information divided by columns the way i have it set up is to do the title and the date/time and poster how would i have every thing in clolumns so that it places the informaton in neatly organized cloumns.
