I'm not entirely sure what you mean. I can see 5 news articles on that page.

You may have removed the pagintation from the template you're currently using. Edit the template, Expand the "News Pagintation" box to make sure that you have something like this



Then expand the "News Structure" section and make sure you have the {pagintation} added.

but pagination doesn't appear
