Thumbnails not showing

I can see uploaded thumnails in "options" tab but not when I Add / Edit an article...Any ideas ?

I've done that. If I set it to 1, I cannot see the thumbnails at all

If I set it to 0 I can see the thumbnails in the options "tab". But when I add or edit an article and when I insert a image in wysiwyg mode, I only see black thumbnails...
