Search form won't work...

I have Friendly URL's enabled, I'm not sure if this could have anything to do with it, but the code I use to find my search results is the default :

Quote:

<tr><td><a href="/index.php?id={id}">{title}</a></td><td>{date}</td><td>{author}</td><td>{categories}</td></tr>

mysite.com/index.php?id won't work because it's like mysite.com/some-title-here.php

What do I need to do?
