Smiles form does not appear in the comment

Good morning!

I installed the new version but not the smiles are appearing in the form of comments, it looks like this:

Whilst logged into the admin area go to Options > Smilies >, check that the smilies that are listed have the correct paths and that the smilies themselves exist in the proper directory.

I'm changing one by one, because the option to change all at the same time not worked

I changed to this address in the menu system> other but still did not fix ..

including the images sent to the server does not appear on the site.
