I'm sorry if this has already been asked.

I am displaying the summary of latest 5 posts in a right side column of my webpage.
They have the read more link below them.

Is there anyway to have the read more link open the topic to take up the full screen, instead of loading it into the column that the summary is displayed.

Does that make sense? If no, I shall try and explain better.
