I believe it was simply the name of the language folder. I followed the link from hotscripts. It seems I have the current version.

What I mean is when you were installing it, it went into the infinite loop saying Undefined. There is another thread about this error where I find a cause for it, but it seems there might be another cause as well.

I see what you are saying. There are a couple issues that may be linked to it not being able to finish.

Three things I've noticed:
Friendly urls are not working.

I set Comments to require approval while posing and on settings but I do not see an approval option on the admin page.

Captcha, although it's set to off on the login it still appears.

Not sure if that will help or not. I could uninstall the files and drop the database to retry.

For friendly URLs to work properly you need to edit/move the htaccess.htaccess file, have a look here -

To approve comments, when editing news articles, click on the number that shows the amount of comments, this will take you to a new page that shows all comments for that article, select the ones you want to approve by using the checkboxes then select "Change approval" from the dropdown box below.

If you decide not to use the captcha you still need to remove it manually from the template you're using, Options > Templates > Select which one you're using > Comments Form

There is a loop in the install.
