Hi. I'm getting "Read more" at the end of my summaries, even when there's no more text to read.

Anyone else having this problem? Anyone know how to fix it?

Thanks.

When you click a readmore link, the page that opens in a new window is the news scripts main index page

http://www.uusarasota.com/n13/index.php?id=9

That page uses whichever template you currently have selected by default in Options > Templates.

If you create a new template and remove the readmore tags from it then select that template as default, when viewing the page above you won't see the readmore links.

Chris, thanks for responding to my question. I'm getting closer but I'm not there yet.

When the user clicks on "Read more" I have it set up that he goes to a page that contains my website's design, but includes n13/index.php. Is that not right? Because what's happening now creates two problems:

1. There is a "Read more" at the end of every item on my home page, even if there is no content in the item's "Article" box, or full story page.
2. When the next page pops up, it also has a "Read more" at the end of the content, setting up a loop.

Any idea how I can correct either or both of these?

Thanks once again for taking the time to help.
