Hopefully this is a simple question, but we are still running version 4.0 and we want to make sure our script is secure.
We made some customizations to the script and we are kinda scared it will overwrite the files in which the changes are made. :S
Or is it safe to update anyways? Otherwise is it possible to replace the changed / updated files in general?
Please advice. Thanks.
4.0.2 contains a simple security related fix, if you upgrade any changes you've made to the script will need to be made again.

Can you show me the code you're using for your template in the News Pagination
section?
here is the code chris thank you again for your great work
[prev-link]<[/prev-link]{newpages}[next-link]>[/next-link]
Thanks for bringing this to my attention, a missing <
character was causing the problem. If you grab a new copy of functions.php
from here
http://n-13news.googlecode.com/svn-history/r581/trunk/functions.php
Replacing your own it correct the problem.
Thank you very much chris, Your Best
Chris you stopped supporting N-13 news?! Reason for asking is that is has serious issues with IE10 (especially in the admin panel, when adding news).
Should we start looking for a different news system?
