Which files & images can this access level edit?: I changed All to Own.

When logging in as a member, options, upload image, I get this error:

As far as I can see now this MySQL error comes up when selected: All categories which is the default selection.

When I select one of the categories to show the thumbnails, the problem is gone.

This problem exist only when logging is as a member. (not logging in as admin).
