Hello!

Please forgive me if this has been covered before (I did look) but I have a "is this possible" type question.

Currently I have a section on my site that lists the top rated articles. It works like a charm, except I have noticed that sometimes an article with 1 ranking for 5 will be ranked ahead of say an article that has 3 rankings of 5. I assume that in the event of a tie, the articles are then ranked by timestamp. Is it possible though, in the event of ranking tie to then rank them by number votes so the article with 3 votes would be listed ahead of the article with just 1?
