Hello! Forgive for my English, my native language Russian. Very long searched for a script for a conclusion of news in the galleries on 4images. Tried many scripts, has stopped on 13news! But at installation, 13news has given out an error and has refused to work further! Has decided to go Ð´Ñ€ÑƒÐ³Ð¸ a way, imported database MySQL from a folder ' uploads', has registered in a file ' db.php ' the: HOSTNAME USER PASS DATABASE About, pleasure! The site has earned! But I rejoiced not long... Russian does not want to be displayed correctly!

Question: How to force a site on 13news to display Cyrillics correctly? Code conversion of files in coding UTF that does not give. The database coding utf8generalci

Cyrillic characters seem to be displaying properly for me. I tested it on the demo system here - http://network-13.com/news/

You can try adding this code to your site.

Hello! Has made as you have told, the problem remained in browser "Opera" and "Mozilla Firefox"! Windows Internet Explorer and Google Chrome there is no problem. I will search further for an error. Thanks for the help.

On a hosting, on all browsers works perfectly!!! Errors are not present.

But why errors are on my computer at site debugging? Now it is assured that my computer is guilty...
