I'm not sure what you're showing here. Are you posting a news article using text from another language and it isn't displaying properly.

Try adding the following to the page where you display your news articles.

<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1251">

or

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8">

I added <meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1251"> in index.html , but when I add news your script instead of plain text characters
