Ckeditor Pop up white blank

can't any one help me...when i clik image properti in ckeditor, it's only a white frame appears..

Which browser are you using when this happens? Can you try a different browser to see if the problem persists?

i'm using firefox 15.0.1, when i'm using chrome web browser it's same like firefox pop up white blank, but at the moment I'm using IE 8, I get the following error:
