I too am seeing this when trying to install the script. I installed it a few years ago without any issues. Can't seem to get past the initial install step 3 without closing the browser. Then once I login to admin it says I'm running 4.0.2 even though I downloaded the most recent version from your home page 4.0.3. I will try to make this work to see if the database issues created any errors that will hinder the function of your script.

After this many months and still no reply to this problem. I must assume the developer left the country?!
