Could Not Open Socket

Hello,

Have used this software for years now and love it, but we have just run into an issue that has popped out of nowhere.

When people try to leave a comment, they are left with a pop-up message: "could not open socket"

What does this mean? After Googling, it seems like it is a reCAPTCHA issue, but I'm really not sure how to solve it. Has anybody run into this issue before? Is anybody able to assist? I'm now getting constant emails asking why people can't comment.

So it looks like it was actually a reCAPTCHA issue. I've removed the form completely and now the comments work. Not sure what caused this or why the form is bust, but I've tried replacing the public and private codes and that does nothing. Regardless of what you enter, you get an error. Has anybody else run into this issue?
