I found N-13 in a search site, and i liked it very much, is a very good script.

We need to make this forum more "joyful", more "visited", more... I'm sorry, my English is very bad and i don't know the right word to use. :D ...and to show to the world how good is N-13 News... :) And maybe, add more functionality and a language system too, so the people from my country can use this system, because we speak Portuguese, and, UTF-8 native support, and more.
