I had a question how i can integrate a forum with the members of N-13.

How can i manage a forum like here with N-13 News.
How can i let members, that where register by N-13 News, use the forum with there name.

Not possible.

You would most likely need to pay a developer to do something like this as it most likely won't be easy to do.
