Does the N-13 News work like your website?
What I mean is, does it have the forum and layout?

If not, is it possible to share how you did this?
Or offer download?

Unforunately not, N-13 News is a completely different system designed to let users easily incorporate a news system into their existing design.

network-13.com is a system I developed entirely for my own use and therefor isn't available for download.

so the forum is custom built or based off other system?

I really like it and would like to use in news site.

What I want to do is have news posted and automatically it creates forum post of that news, in same category and everything.

It's entirely custom built, was made a few years ago and has been continually updated since then.
