Polish letters issue

Hello,

I can't seem to make my news recognize polish letters such as

Ä™
Ä…
Å›
Ä‡
Å¼

The page where the php-element is thrown in is coded 8859-2, everywhere around those letters work, but not in the news-article... Any idea what should I do?

change <META HTTP-EQUIV="content-type" CONTENT="text/html; charset=iso-8859-2">
